  I had a great experience with these folks. The front desk staff were friendly and caring while I saw them during my pregnancy. Dr.Downing delivered my baby with no complications. It is very evident these people know what they're doing.

  Would never suggest this place to others looking for respectable quality care for themselves as well as their children. The first provider was awful, so I switched to someone who was awesome (awesome midwife: Ellen Argo). However, after everything has passed with this miscarriage, I will be switching providers for testing and such. Again, no respect for the mother. Kind of counterproductive, really.

  They are slow to respond to questions and calls back. 5+ times they said they would call back with answers or appointment times and did not. It took several return phone calls days, even once weeks, later to their office to get them to do what they said they were going to do promptly regardless to the timeline of certain things. It’s like the help, is going to get paid regardless if they meet their required duties in a timely manner or not.

  I will never go here again! Not only did I receive an inaccurate diagnosis that devastated my family and myself, but when I try to call to pay the remainder of my bill, they are either closed for lunch or it's too late. How is 4:15pm too late for a business to answer the phone?! Their website says open till 4:30!
